Important: NovaTrade AI is a tool for automation and analysis. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profits.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use NovaTrade AI:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws or regulations
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of NovaTrade AI, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Keep your API keys secure and never share them with third parties

5. Trading and Financial Risks

5.1 High Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency trading and token sniping involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market volatility can result in significant losses
• Token sniping carries extremely high risk due to potential scams and market manipulation
• Automated trading does not eliminate risk

5.2 No Investment Advice

NovaTrade AI does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made by you, and you are solely responsible for your trading activities and their outcomes. You should consult with qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.

6. API Keys and Exchange Connections

When connecting exchange accounts through API keys, you agree to:

• Only grant trading permissions (not withdrawal permissions) to API keys used with NovaTrade AI
• Monitor your exchange accounts regularly
• Immediately revoke API keys if you suspect unauthorized access
• Comply with your exchange's terms of service
• Understand that we are not responsible for losses due to exchange issues, API limitations, or account restrictions

7. Non-Custodial Service

NovaTrade AI is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or control your funds, private keys, or cryptocurrency assets. All trades are executed through your own exchange accounts and wallets. You maintain full control and responsibility over your assets at all times.

8. Beta Testing

If you participate in our beta testing program, you acknowledge that:

• The Application is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• We may request feedback and usage statistics
• Features and functionality may change without notice
• We are not liable for losses incurred while using beta versions
• You should use caution and test with small amounts before scaling up

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Application's security
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
• Share your account credentials or API keys with others
• Use the Application to engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers hosting the Application

10. Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NovaTrade AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 No Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVATRADE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaTrade AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the Application's account settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NovaTrade AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NovaTrade AI regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
